Caseworthy is a B2B software company serving non-profit organizations by providing case management and reporting software. My role here was to take software that was working "just good enough" and infuse a thoughtful user experience, better information architecture, new features and rethought design into the product.

Role: Director of UX Design, Product Designer
As the director of UX Design, I was responsible for bringing the product up to date with current design standards and usability. I managed a team of developers to ensure the design vision was applied with high fidelity, and served as the lead marketing designer for the company.

• Redesign our reporting software product
• Lead front-end development team on implementation
